Sick from Tuesday till now

For the pass few days, i was bedridden. I'm still having a cold with a bad fever. Must be the weather here. I'm not used to the cold, miss the tropical heat back in my country. Currently, I'm on multiple medication which aren't good as they seem... Honestly, i need stronger medication.. Mostly for my cough.. I've been cough like hell.. When i cough my throat hurts, even my body hurts.. Well more rest then..
